The brochure speaks; the silicon answers. What follows is the gathered record — every USB DAC a listener has offered to the Engine, with vendor claims weighed against the silicon's own descriptor witness. Select any name for the full dossier.

The Concordance witnesses only what the USB descriptor declares: format, bit depth, sample rate, sync mode. Software claims (MQA, DoP DSD, bit-perfect playback) and analog characteristics (jitter, noise floor, chip identity) are not checked — the silicon's wire-shape does not speak to them.

A claim of DSD capability that does not name its transport — native, DoP, or decimation — is weighed as a claim of native DSD against the device's descriptor. The vendor chose the words; the Concordance holds them to their most specific reading.
