Remarks
NICEHCK rates the NK1 MAX at 32-bit / 384 kHz, and the descriptor keeps the whole of it: native 16-, 24-, and 32-bit containers, each carrying the ladder to 384 kHz on a high-speed interface. A depth and a rate are both named and both met, so the PCM line scores plainly.
The silicon is the familiar Conexant CX31993, a PCM-only converter — and the descriptor agrees, showing no raw one-bit alt because the chip renders none. NICEHCK claims no DSD, and none is witnessed; brochure and wire keep to the same honest limit.
