OneOdio specs the KT21 at 24-bit / 96 kHz, and the descriptor holds: a UAC1 dongle offering 24-bit PCM to 96 kHz, with a 16-bit alt beneath it. The headline claim is met.
The same strangeness seen across this KTMicro silicon shows here too — the rate ladder offers only 48 and 96 kHz, with no 44.1 rung. CD-rate and the bulk of lossless material arrives at 44.1, so the host must resample every such track before a sample reaches the jack.
